Engagement Manager

About The Role:

Engagement Manager will lead client account management and related internal team operations, advancing the pipeline of prospective investors or prospective clients (Engagement Managers will be matched based on their expertise with client accounts), and providing strategic advisory. This is team management, outbound-focused position.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting

Strategic advisory expertise from a professional with finance/investor relations and/or business development experience and significant aptitude

Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Detail and goal-oriented

Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
