Model Schools Network (MSN) Program
AMIDEAST, an international non-profit organization in the West Bank and Gaza, is seeking short-term English language test proctors for its USAID funded education program-Model Schools Network (MSN) Program. AMIDEAST is recruiting proctors for short-term test administrations in Ramallah, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Hebron and Jericho.

Overall Position Responsibilities:

English Language Test Proctors are expected to oversee the successful administration of an internationally-recognized English language exam in schools in various geographical locations, and will have the following responsibilities:
-Administering the exam, providing instructions to students and answering test-related questions;
-Monitoring students during the exam;
-Preparing answer sheets for scoring;
-Scoring the speaking section of the exam;
-Participating in proctor orientation and other related meetings;
-Providing logistical support to the AMIDEAST/MSN staff on test days; and
-Presenting a professional image of AMIDEAST/MSN in schools. 

Skills and Qualifications:

-Native English speaker (North American accent);
-High school diploma; 
-Experience with children/teenagers;
-Teaching or test proctoring experience preferred;
-Knowledge of spoken Arabic preferred; and
-Willingness to travel within the West Bank.
