Key Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature
2. Ability to work under pressure and handle pressure
3. Ability to manage a classroom
4. Ability to create lesson plans and interactive lessons to facilitate students’ understanding
5. Ability to work within a team and collaborate with school administrators to create a positive learning environment
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
