About the Position and School:

Pioneers School (www.pioneers.ps) in Nablus, Palestine is seeking English teachers to work with students in Grades 1 - 10. 

Early elementary classes focus on introducing students to the classroom and instilling positive work habits, as well as English letters, sounds, and written forms. Classes focus on steadily increasing students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking capabilities in English. In middle and high school, students read both fictional and informational texts and develop their skills in reading comprehension and writing.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate will be flexible, energetic, positive, and strong in classroom management, in order to cultivate a love of the English language and learning in students in a safe, supportive environment. Ideal candidates have some experience with children between the ages of 5 and 17, either in a formal or informal capacity. We provide on-site training, and teachers work closely with a specific coordinator to develop skills continuously throughout the year. Teaching positions are full-time.
