ENPI Projects Manager

Juhoud for Community and Rural Development is looking to recruit a dynamic person to occupy the position of ENPI Projects Manager (EU Funded Projects). The Candidate will be responsible about the following:
-Participating in the design of activities, monitoring, evaluation and reporting
-Ensuring that the project achieves its objectives and stays on track
-Monitoring progress and outcomes of all ENPI funded projects
-Providing technical support to staff and implementing partners
-Liaising with stakeholders and actors involved in the planning and implementation of projects
-Preparing work plan every months
-Prepare semi and annual reports or ad-hoc reports
-will be invited to an interview in Birzeit.

Requirements

Professional knowledge and experience
-University degree – preferably in management or social sciences
-At least 5 years of work experience in managing international projects (preferably EU funded initiatives),
-Knowledge of project cycle management and leading a team
-Experience in community mobilization
-Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
-Direct work experience in project management capacity

Other competencies

-Energetic and flexible,
-Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
-Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels
-Ability to prioritize and work to set timescales and procedures
-Self-motivated
-Driving license (optional) 

Languages:
-Proficiency of English Language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) (the shortlist candidates will sit for an English test)
-Knowledge of French or other language is a credit

Duration

Employment is intended to start in 1st of March 2014 - 11 months, renewable

Remuneration

Remuneration will be around 1200-1500 USD depending on qualification and experience
