Enterprise Risk Management Senior Specialist

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ERM awareness activities in Ooredoo Mobile.
• Establish and continually evolve the Enterprise Risk Management architecture across the company.
• Implement ERM policies, practices, tools & techniques to identify, analyze, manage, and report corporate risks according to the ERM framework guidelines.
• Promote a consistent risk management vocabulary across the organization [According to ISO31000].
• Support the process to oversee significant operational, strategic, financial and compliance risks across the organization.
• Provide key inputs to the company's executive management committee responsible to oversee the ERM processes.
• Independently validate existing risk profile with the members of senior management team.
• Engage with members of the senior management team, through their nominated risk champions, to validate applicable risks every quarter.
• Produce quality risk reports once every quarter for the Board and Audit & Risk Committee review approved by the CEO.
• Produce well written risk reports that are clearly articulated, free of grammatical errors and provide all necessary information in the prescribed format.
• Monitor risks and report them on to all the relevant stakeholders i.e., Management Committee, ARC & Board.
• Produce annual risk appetite statement that is linked to the Corporate Scorecard.
• Stress test the impact of top-10 risks on the corporate objectives to facilitate risk-treatment decision making process.
• Assess the effectiveness and adequacy of risk management program, on an annual basis.
• Involve relevant business stakeholders for their inputs into the maturity assessment, where needed.
• Identify and subsequently implement actions to enhance the ERM capability program.
• ERM quarterly report to Ooredoo Group.
