Enterprise System Support and Development Sr./Specialist
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the enterprise systems (SharePoint, ERP, other Internal Solutions), including user assistance, issue resolution, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements, address system-related problems, and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent system issues from recurring.
- System Development:
- Design, develop, and enhance custom functionalities within the SharePoint, ERP systems to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure the SharePoint, Internal Solutions to optimize their performance and usability.
- System Integration:
- Integrate the ERP and SharePoint systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces, APIs, and data migration processes to enable efficient data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define integration requirements and implement integration solutions.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Stay up to date with the latest features, releases, and best practices.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of system changes before deploying them to the production environment.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to facilitate system usage and promote best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the internal systems.
- Provide ongoing user support and promote user adoption through clear communication and guidance.

Job Requirements
Work Experience & Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting and developing Enterprise Systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, Java or any other languages for system customization and development.
- Familiarity with system integration techniques and technologies (e.g., web services, APIs, middleware).
- Solid understanding of business processes, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint & ERP technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
