Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for a responsible Entrepreneurship promoter officer who will take part in running, facilitating and organizing part of the project activities in cooperation with other project team under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming the flawless execution of the project.

Duties and responsibilities:

the entrepreneurship promoter will ensure that project activities related to entrepreneurship promotion are delivered according to the policies, strategies and plans of the organization.  Lessons generated shall be up- scaled under strategic partnerships with existing institutions/ stakeholders as well as PARC interventions with Agro-startups.

PARC is looking forward hiring two entrepreneurship promoters one in Gaza and other in West Bank.  

• Plan and promote the entrepreneurship awareness activities of the project in cooperation with the coordination team which includes but not limited to (annual entrepreneurial events, agro startups series…etc.).  
• Coordinate and follow up on the incubation and acceleration program.
• Promotion of the program activities over social media and public platforms.
• Participate in the selection of potential entrepreneurs and any other related tasks shall be given by the project management.
• Coordinate the outreach and publication activities (website content, social media outlets, branding …. Etc.)

Qualifications and requirements:

• Holder of a bachelor degree in (Social Work, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, or any other related field)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Socioeconomic programs
• Proven experience of working with cooperatives
• Proven experience of working with startups and fully aware with the Palestinian entrepreneurial scene.
• Proven experience/ skills of working on social media platforms and website management.

• Collaborative and team worker
• Can multitask and work under pressure
• An entrepreneur himself/ herself is highly preferred candidate
• Excellent communication and writing skills (Arabic and English)
• Open and initiative taker.
