TERMS OF REFERENCE
CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
FOR ADVOCACY AND MEDIA STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND   CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT 

Technical services assignment for Advocacy and Social Media Specialists to develop an implementation plan for Al Fakhoora’s Global Advocacy Strategy, through the design of an all-encompassing curriculum, inclusive of learning activities (local and international) required to meet outcomes.

The East Jerusalem YMCA is an implementing partner for Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures – Scholarships and Empowerment programme. A programme that is implemented in partnership with United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of assistance to the Palestinian people UNDP/PAPP, funded by the Al-Fakhoora Campaign, and the Islamic development Bank (IDB). 

The East Jerusalem-YMCA invites Proposals for the Technical Services assignment for “Advocacy Training and Consultancy” Gaza Based- under Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme.

The East Jerusalem YMCA invites Advocacy and Social Media Specialists to express their interest for conducting the Technical Services assignment for “Advocacy and Social Media Action Planning and Curriculum Development” under Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme.

Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme is inviting a team of experts, consultants or organization to submit a proposal on their proposed methodology to plan for this strategy. See below for details required for submission.

Expected outputs/deliverables:
The Consultants or Firm shall transfer the strategy to implementation plan in 4 weeks. This includes the following:
-Al Fakhoora Dynamic Futures’ Advocacy Action Plan;
-Three days’ workshop on advocacy Presentation and Orientation for the above strategies
-Advocacy manual presenting advocacy Policies and Procedures and activities, tools, results framework (activities, objectives, outputs, expected results/outcomes, and indicators), implementation plan, monitoring and evaluation tools in English.
-A final report to contain the info and methodology on work completed in English;

Qualifications/experience required
-Extended knowledge and experience of Program’s Management and implementation.
-Extended experience in carrying out Programmatic planning and development;
-Proven experience in developing actions related to programme documents and stratifies for specific goal.
-Strong reporting skills in English languages;
-Individual Experts / Consultant or firms certified by the relevant Authorities

Following the prequalification process, a Request for Proposal will be issued to the shortlisted Firms / Consultants. The shortlisted Firms / Consultants will be invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals.

Documents sent by hand or facsimile will not be accepted.  EOI received after the above deadline will not be considered.
