Estimation Support Engineers

Job Description

Intersect Innovation Hub, on behalf of a partner organization in the UAE, is currently seeking six Estimation Support Engineers.

Summary

- Perform various functions which primarily involve providing detailed estimates for a project based on the drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

- Responsible for the communication of bids and scope of work to PM, and contractors/subcontractor in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing full support to the Sales Team in the matters related to the project estimation, including but not limited to: project study and analysis, quantity take-off.

- Propose commercially and technically viable alternatives to solutions and products of a project.

- Provide accurate, error-free project pricing on time. Be able to work under pressure meeting project deadlines

- Prepare BOQ working with project drawings and documentation

- Filling specification sheet and arrange technical submittals.

- Prepare technical submittals, O&M Manuals and other support in documentation

Job Requirements

Qualifications

- 2 years’ experience in similar field

- Attention to details and time management skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Analytical skills

- Auto-Cad knowledge is a plus
