Transcend is seeking to recruit an ETL SSIS Specialist, with the following requirements

Job Requirements:

-    Strong experience in SQL Server and SQL queries
-    Technical Design, development, administration and support of components used to extract, stage, standardize, cleanse, transform and load data from various internal and external data sources into the Enterprise Data Warehouse using SSIS.
-    Need deep data analysis and profiling skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
-    Ensure solution addresses reusability, availability, data integrity, and changing business requirements.
-    Provide technical expertise with data integration, collection and documentation of metadata components and information delivery.
-    Work with enterprise data warehouse team to provide inputs on conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data warehouse and data marts, as and when needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

-    Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
-    Ability to multi task and deliver high quality solutions in rapid agile releases.
-    Experience analyzing source data sets and provide work estimates.
-    Experience writing efficient and complex sql queries and stored procedures.
-    Sound understanding of data warehouse principles, Data Warehouse design and best practices.
-    Experience with creating incremental and repeatable high quality data load procedures.
-    Experience developing high quality SCD packages and procedures.
-    Experience with Reporting tools (SSRS) and Data Visualization tools desired not required.
-    Ability to create database objects, joins, indexes and create/tune queries for performance.
-    Ability to work with diverse team to define requirements and scope of development efforts
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-    English language ability: Very good (speaking, reading, writing)
