Bethlehem University is seeking an Events Officer. The position holder provides excellent and professional support in organizing events for the various offices, faculties and departments of the University as well as external clients who want to rent facilities and organize events at Bethlehem University. The Events Officer helps plan and organize the requested events, and oversees the execution of necessary activities at the University’s facilities. The position holder is expected to meet contractual obligations and quality customer service standards. The Events Officer collaborates closely with other University units for scheduling events and arranging for the relevant services of these units.

Qualifications
- BA degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality Management or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional event management essential.
- Knowledge of dignitary (VIP) protocols.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Superior attention to details in planning and implementing events.
- Well organized and able to provide high quality work all the time.
- Excellent abilities to communicate orally and in writing; very good command of Arabic and English.
- Excellent marketing skills to promote and inspire the use of Bethlehem University’s facility services.
- Teamwork – work with other colleagues effectively to help maximize team outputs, encourage and support staff in doing the same.
- Ability to use Microsoft suite and IT in general.
- Demonstration of professional standards in appearance and actions.
