Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
-Exceptional Arabic and English language skills.
-Native English speaker is a plus.
-University Degree in English / Translation, Business Administration or any related field.
-Resident of Ramallah.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
-High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word.
-Resourceful with excellent research skills.
-Ready to travel on occasion to fulfill job duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist and support the General Manager in a multitude and variety of business tasks.
-Translate documents, reports, and analyze from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
-Ability to efficiently summarize long texts-and documents.
-Continuously update different company documents: agreements, sales manuals…etc.
-Follow up with different company departments on behalf of the General Manager.
-Quick decision maker and efficient in finding creative solutions in critical situations.
-Manage office tasks: answer phones, prioritize mail, filing, photocopying, and exercising good judgment on all matters.
-Maintain multiple appointment calendars and coordinate meetings with senior management.
-Compose and prepare memos, emails and presentations.
-Coordinate and administrate various company projects.
-Assist the HR department in its daily operations.
-Assist in the recruitment process as assigned by the General Manager.
-Advertise company’s staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
-Interview job seekers and prepare shortlists of candidates for referral to prospective employers
-Assist in any other related tasks.
