Executive Manager – The Palestine India Technopark
The Technopark is seeking energetic talent individual to fill a full-time Executive Manager for the Palestine India Technopark.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop annual business plan with annual budget for the operation of Technopark with smart KPIs to ensure Technopark growth, continuity and long-term sustainability
- Manage Technopark facilities and full-time and part-time personnel with emphasis on cost control and best usage of available resources
- Submit regular administrative and financial reports to the Board of Directors for review and approval with performance assessment against KPIs and mitigation plans where deemed necessary.
- Seek networking and partnerships with stakeholders such as eco-system players, investors, government, international organizations to promote and expand Technopark activities
- Secure funding for continuing development of the Technopark site through international agencies grants and/or partnerships with local or international industries and businesses.
- Develop and submit proposals to solicit external funding to support Technopark activities and follow up on the implementation of such projects;
- Perform any additional duties requested by the BOD

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Management or any relevant discipline.
- At Least 6 years of experience in the fields related to the Technopark programs with minimum of 2 years in leadership role.
- Knowledge and experience in the non-profit sector and donors’ regulations and understanding of the local ecosystems for startups, incubators, accelerators is advantageous.
- Strong analytic, personal and communications skill.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle stress and meet deadline
- Strong negotiation, customer service and communications skills.
