Executive Manager
The Holy Land Incoming Tour Operator Association (HLITOA) is a non-profit organization that represents the Palestinian private sector of the Inbound Tour Operators in the West Bank, Gaza and
East Jerusalem.
It desires to hire an Executive Manager on half or full time basis according to the following Qualifications:
-BA in Business Administration, Tourism, Development or related topics.
-Three years experience in Management.
-Computer and internet literacy..
-Fluent Arabic and English. Other languages is an asset..
-Ability to work in a team..
-Ability to coordinate between institutions and companies.
-Organizational & communication skills..
-Ability to prepare tourism marketing material..
-Ability to move between cities and abroad..
-Ability to prepare and implement business & marketing plans..
-Ability to write reports in English and Arabic..
-Strong personality and interpersonal relations..
Job Description includes:
-Implementing policies and strategies of the Board.
-Contributing to a strategic plan of the association
-Coordinating between the association and other bodies.
-Developing a database for the association
-Preparation and participation in Tourism events such as travel markets, festivals, conferences, etc.
-Fund raising
-Follow up with country laws and regulations of the association
-Day to day operation of the association.
-Prepare and Participate in the HLITOA and Tourism Meetings.
