External Final Project Evaluation

DCA always works through local partner organizations. For this intervention, DCA is working with a long-standing Palestinian partner in the West Bank, ARIJ, to implement  Improving the living conditions of vulnerable households and herders in the southern part of Hebron project  with main output of: 143 vulnerable households managed to improve their living conditions, and/or enhance their micro dairy production quantitatively and qualitatively through a household based sustainable renewable energy resources established in accordance with a project baseline and confirmed through the project’s evaluation mechanisms.


DanChurchAid is hiring a consultant/evaluator to provide an external midterm evaluation of the herein defined operation as according to OECD – DAC criteria for the evaluation of humanitarian action.

 
The goal of the evaluation is to obtain an objective, critical, readable, and transparent analysis of the progress made with the intervention. The analysis should contain recommendations on future courses of action

.The evaluation should be a document that can function as a learning tool for the project donor and the implementing agency, partner organization, local communities and other relevant stakeholders.

The aim is for the consultancy to begin on 15th of June and the latest on 21st of June 2015  and deadline for application is May 25th, 2015. DCA expects to inform bidders on May 27th, 2015
