The main office is located in Ramallah and the four branch offices are located in Gaza, KhanYounis, Tulkarem and Jenin. MA’AN Development Center is interested in hiring awareness program facilitators on monthly base within a project entitled "Provision of Awareness Raising Discussion Groups on Gender Based Violence (GBV) Prevention". The project includes carrying out of gender based violence awareness raising discussion groups for 1,800 prep school students who are between 13 to 16 years old (50% girls and 50% boys).

Duties and Responsibilities of the facilitator:

The facilitator will report to the project assistant. They are going to facilitate the GBV awareness raising discussion groups on the following topics:

-Introduction to Gender
-GBV causes and consequences
-Reproductive and sexual health
-Early marriage
-Services available for GBV survivors

Each facilitator (as a full time commitment) will be responsible for facilitating 45 awareness raising discussion sessions per month (2 hours per session) according to the set plans  

Minimum Qualifications:

-At least a Bachelor degree from recognized university in social science, psychology, health, education or related fields.
-At least, three years of work experience in providing training or awareness raising on prevention GBV
-Proven experience of working with adolescents
