Faculty Master Development Coordinator

Birzeit University in cooperation with An-Najah National University and Al Quds University received
a grant from the European Union to implement the action entitled :Enhancement of Post
Graduate University Education “Developing two Master Degree Programs: the Criminal Law
Master (An-Najah National University and Al-Quds University) and the Economic and Financial
Law Master (Birzeit University)”, In order to implement this project, Birzeit University announces
the need of the following Temporary Full time Positions for a period of 12 months duration
with a possibility of assignment extension:

 

Faculty Master Development Coordinator

and below are the Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Follow up on the technical aspects of the implementation process of the project, in coordination
with other Universities, through the Project Coordination Unit Director, and under the supervision
of the dean of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration and/or the Director of the Project at BZU.
-Monitoring deadlines and ensuring budget is spent as intended for program related expenses.
-Interact daily with Faculty of Law and Public Administration staff and ensure coordination of
all efforts of other full time and part time staff in the project.

Required Qualifications:
-Masters or BA degree in any related field from an accredited university.
-Previous experience with project management/coordination/NGOs.
-Previous knowledge of implementation and project monitoring procedures.
-Knowledge of education management/curriculum development.
-Fluent in English and Arabic.
-Knowledge of Law/legal education is an advantage but not strictly a requirement.
