Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase sales of feed products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client prospects in the agricultural sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our feed products and their benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: preferably Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the agricultural or feed industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with animal nutrition, feed formulations, and regulatory compliance is preferred
