Job Description
BusinessWomen Forum is an NGO with a mission of strengthening the role of businesswomen as entrepreneurs, professionals and taxpayers in order to advance the full potential of the Palestinian economy. BWF is implementing three years project where BWF will work to upgrade skills of women entrepreneurs to create the mentality of the business actors as women owned businesses, and women entrepreneurs working in cooperatives in order to have more revenues from higher sales.

BWF seeks experienced and committed professionals for the following positions, located in Ramallah.

Field coordinator: will be reporting Directly to Project manager.

Responsibilities:

-The field coordinator will be responsible for coordination the various filed activities.
-Ensure the following up of implementation activities.
-Prepare weekly plans and other reports required by the project manager.
-Implement the need assessment for the target group (cooperatives and farmers).
-Ability to travel all over West Bank villages. Driving License is a necessity.

Qualifications:
-University degree in business administration or related
-Minimum 3 years of experience in field coordination and working with local communities especially in olives oil sector, and Cooperatives.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English).
-Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet functions).
