International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD’s mission is to reduce the suffering of the world’s most vulnerable groups and provide tools and resources needed to increase their self-sufficiency. IRD is seeking to hire qualified people in the West Bank and Gaza on relief short term projects, for the following positions:
2- Field Coordinator (Gaza): The field coordinator will be will be responsible for managing
and overseeing all programmatic and operational issues in the field and with local partners. He/She will ensure the overall implementation of quality programs, financial, logistics, policies and procedures.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of responsibilities: programs, logistics, finance and operations.
- Experience in working with communities.
