Field Coordinators

MENACatalyst Foundation is a fast-growing, social impact organization that specializes in economic empowerment, digitalization, and innovation. Located in the USA and Sweden with a strong presence in Palestine (Palestine Catalyst). MENACatalyst Foundation provides resources, employment services, technology, and training programs to empower marginalized communities. Furthermore, the Foundation provides entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses with technical assistance, mentorship, and other forms of support.

 MENACatalyst Foundation is looking to hire two Field Coordinators for a full-time, 6-month project in Nablus Governorate aimed at improving the income and economic situation of unemployed youth. Field Coordinators will be responsible for implementing project activities, such as outreach, training coordination, and matching with local businesses. They will work closely with local communities and stakeholders to ensure project success and sustainability. The Field Coordinators will report to the Project Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Project Lead to plan and implement activities, timelines, and resources required.
2. Liaison with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
3. Foster positive relationships with partner organizations and all stakeholders involved in the project.
4. Ensure that project activities are being implemented on time by conducting regular field visits.
5. Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the project, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
6. Identify and problem solve any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
7. Report to project Lead on challenges, lessons learned and suggestion potential solutions and implement them.
8. Follow the monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and outcomes.
9. Prepare project reports, as requested by the Lead.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Busienss or any development field or related specialization
• At least two years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a local NGO
• Knowledge and understanding of employment training and match-making.
• Good personal communication and team coordination skills.
• Highly committed, able to work under pressure, adapt to new situations, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in Nablus and understanding the local context.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
