Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of products under responsibility
  • Achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding company’s customer base
  • Personally managing key customer accounts
  • Managing the tender process in both private and government institutions
  • Setting sales targets and market access plans for the division and individual reps
  • Hiring, training and coaching of sales reps
  • Developing sales strategies at the division and product levels
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and recommending action plans accordingly
  • Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
  • Continuous monitoring of competitive information
  • Manage customer events and company exhibitions

Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years of experience in a supervisory position
  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
  • Holder of a valid driving license
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent record of achievements and training background in selling skills / supervisory role.
  • Solid experience in hospital selling / oncology products is a plus
  • Holder of Jerusalem ID is a plus
