Field M&E Expert

An established Palestinian research and M&E firm is looking for experts possessing the following skills in preparation of an application for a major assignment. The candidates will be considered for potential employment in the positions delineated below. The positions are potentially available within a 6-month period and salaries will be negotiated in appropriate time.


-Knowledge and senior experience related to the operationalization of M&E plans, data quality assessments for output and outcome indicators, monitoring assumptions, activity results frameworks;
-Knowledge and senior experience in benchmarking of results against implementation/work plans;
-Knowledge and senior experience in the design of assessment frameworks, monitoring tools and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Experience in application of monitoring tools and data collection, specifically field visits;
-Knowledge and senior experience related to jobs.ps development projects in Gaza, with an emphasis on recovery and rehabilitation, preferably in projects coordinated by USAID, the UN or other international actors M&E requirements.
