WOSPAC World Sport Academy (WOSPAC) was founded in 1951 in the heart of Barcelona, Spain. It has a high quality soccer school with national and international recognition being considered one of the best in Europe for the development of football players and coaches. WOSPAC has operating franchises all over the world, and in 2016 opened in Palestine. WOSPAC Palestine Academy is seeking a creative, problem-solving employee who works well with youths and a multicultural environment to join its team.
JOB TITLE: Field Manager
REPORTING TO: Academy Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist Head Coach in providing athletic training to students
- Schedule practice sessions
- Train and prepare student athletics for sports competitions
- Organize various sports events, contests and competitions
- Teach skills, techniques and strategies for team play
- Recruit and select qualified students for sports program
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of student athletic and provide appropriate feedback
- Coordinate tournaments
- Build positive and achievement oriented team environment
- Assist in budget preparation, expense management, review training and tournament costs
- Adhere to rules and policies established by administration
- Follow up with coaches to review and evaluate their reports
- Follow up and resolve parents, players, coaches, and the coach assistant’s problems
- Track and document players and coaches attendance and field attendance dates
- Prepare and review all field schedules and distribute accordingly
- Provide photos of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Sports Management, Recreation Management, Business Administration or a closely related field; and
Five years of progressively responsible management experience of a sports facility or in recreational sports management.
NOTE: Additional years of Management experience noted above may substitute for education at the rate of two years experience for each year of college.

- Knowledge in administrative, financial and operational rules, procedures
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques used in the successful event management of an amateur tournament sports complex
- Ability and willingness to work irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays; the performance of work assignments may not be directly related to job specifications; Adjustments of shifts, overtime, breaks, etc. may be required upon short notice
- Ability to consistently demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal behavior
