Job Summary:
As a member of the Resource Transfer Unit and Information Management team, you will support the monitoring and reporting on all project activities under the Gaza Emergency Response in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your thorough and service-oriented approach will ensure that the RTU and Information Management team supports the program response by consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve.

Roles and Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and monitoring of information management, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan, and that adherence to systems for quality project implementation are strengthened.
- Coordinate with response teams to monitor and record emergency response activities and report any challenges and/or gaps identified in information collection or management.
- Coordinate and work with partner teams to ensure partner involvement in information management meets program standards and follows internal standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure the information collected serves programs needs for adaptive management, reporting, and record keeping.
- Daily, monitor and clean data and information collected through CRS’ online system to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and share information based on program’s requests.
- Coordinate, monitor, and draft reports on activities.
- Compile data provided at the community level as per project requirements and contribute to the preparation of reports.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 2 years of work or volunteer experience in community development and mobilization.
- Additional education may substitute for some experience.
- Computer skills required.
Required Languages - Fluency in Arabic; professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Advanced Excel.
- Experience in data entry and data collection.
- Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
