Field Supervisor/ Senior

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified
candidates for the following positions:

Duration: one year
Main Responsibilities:
1- Supervise the project activities in the field.
2-Select end beneficiaries.
3- Supervise & enhance the formation of projects local committees.
4- Report on progress of projects implementation.
5- Enter Project’s activities into the organization’s MIS System.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Holder of B.Sc or higher degree in agricultural science with a minimum of five years experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and fluent in Arabic.
- Have good computer skills.
- Have good communication skills with farmers.
- Have valid driving license.
- Have good experience in strawberry and flowers farming.
- Experienced in organic farming and certification is a privilege.
