Final External Evaluation

Solidaridad Internacional Andalucía (SI-A) is seeking offers from eligible consultants to conduct a final evaluation of the project Improvement of living conditions of vulnerable populations and women empowerment in OPT, ref AACID 0CC005/2013.

Therefore, the independent end of project evaluation report should address all the elements of the Terms of Reference (ToR) defined by the donor, provide findings and conclusions that are based on robust and transparent evidence; and where necessary supplement the projects own data with secondary data that is relevant and appropriate.

The final report should be provided in Spanish.
