What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial and admin reports
- Noting down minutes of the meetings
- Maintain the leave and holiday calendars and assist in tracking staff's unused vacation
- Organize and maintain files and databases.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Develop and maintain suppliers' contact list
- Coordinate staff transportation arrangements.
- Assist local staff with routine administrative and office daily procurement duties.
- Handling the petty cash
- Book travel arrangement and reconcile travel expenses
- Handling organization’s car log sheets
- Handling all issues related to project vetting and contracts requirements
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Registry Record
- Assist the Finance & Admin Manager in the daily activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2-3 years of experience preferably in NGOs
- Knowledge of procurement and office management systems and procedures.
- Passionate about the job - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
