Finance & Administration & Financial Coaching Manager

The Palestinian Upgrading and Modernization Program (PUMP) is an initiative of the Ministry of National Economy through a grant of the French Development Agency. It is funded in the amount of 5 million euro and has a duration of 3 years ending December 2018. The general objective of the program is the improvement and sustainability of the competitiveness of Palestinian industrial enterprises through upgrading their capability and capacity.

The Ministry of National Economy (MONE) is the main partner of AFD in the private sector development. To carry out the activities, the Ministry developed an operational collaboration with the Palestinian Federation of Industries (PFI) and the relevant professional associations: the Federation of Palestinian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (FPCCIA) and the CCIA present in all governorates as well as PalTrade.

PUMP is seeking a qualified Finance & Administration & Financial Coaching Manager to follow up the financial and administrative activities of the project 

Qualifications & Experiences
 
-A Master degree in Business Administration or Economic or Commerce or equivalent.
-At least 5 years professional experience in administrative and financial work at an appropriate level. Previous experience with NGO and donors program is considered an advantage
-Experience in working through fast and demanding conditions
-Experience in accounting software especially Bisan Enterprise.
-Experience Business evaluation and feasibility studies 
-Strong  presentation skills and jobs.ps operational background
-Excellent organizing and analytical skills
-Production and interpretation of management accounts.
-Mastering  computer skills including practice in Microsoft office ( Excel, Word and Power Point)
-Strong verbal and in written Communication skills in Arabic and English, French is an advantage
-Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment and in insecure or complex environments.
-Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritization and time management skills.

Location: Ramallah
Reporting to: Program Deputy Team Leader
Duration: 2 years Fixed Term Contract ends in December 2018
