The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of:
1-Vacancy No. : 015/2013/X
2-Duty Station : Area Office Nablus
3-Department : Finance Office/Cashier Division
4-Basic Salary : 581.8 JD+ that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.
5-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
6-Qualifications:
-Successful completion of full secondary education.
-Successful completion of a two years’ training course in business office practice or accountancy.
-Six years’ experience in a bank or a treasury.
-Computer literacy with good experience and knowledge of Excel and MS-Word applications.
-Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Competencies:
-Ability to take initiative and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ability to cope with multiple tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication skills.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
-A university degree in accounting.
-Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) proficiency or any other professional qualification.
-Microsoft application certificate of International Computer Driving License (ICDL).
-Practical experience with UNRWA Financial Management System (FMS) or other computerized Finance Systems.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
