Finance Assistant

Save the Children has been working in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) since 1973 and is recognized for its commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration.  Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, Health, and Livelihoods throughout the West Bank and Gaza.

Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Finance Assistant (part time) to be based at its Gaza Office with frequent travel to the field sites.

The post holder will support the Finance Officer in the areas of visiting partners and review financial reports for partners of the Country Office. The position ensures quality services to clients in line with SCI Policies and Procedures.
She reports to the Finance Officer.

Requirements
-University degree in Accounting.
-At least 4 years of similar experience in a recognized local or international NGO.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload within tight deadlines.
-Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic skills.
