Finance Manager
Duration: 4 Months
Loc ation: Jerusalem
This position requires over 10 years of professional experience in accounting, financial planning, fiscal management, preferably with USAID programs. The primary responsibilities of the Finance Manager include all levels of financial planning and management, grant disbursements, payment approvals, budget analysis and reports, and fiscal integrity of all operations within TtARD and USAID policies and regulations. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Chief of Party and is
a me mber of the Senior Management Team.
Other requirements include:
-BA or MA in the field of accounting/financial management;
-Familiarity with USAID financial policies, procedures and regulations;
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and oral)
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
-Ability and willingness to travel
