World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza works in the Palestinian communities through long term impact areas called Area Development Programs (ADPs). Each ADP is established in one cluster of villages and focuses on various sectors in an integrated methodology that aims to achieve transformational development. Targeted sectors include education, agriculture, civil society, and economic development. World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a:
 

Finance Officer

The successful Candidates will :
Prepare Head Office asset,collate asset list from field offices and conduct asset count and inventory
Prepare settlement Advice and bank Reconciliations
Prepare bank accounts on spreadsheets to be compared with Sun Systems
Reconcile severance and provident fund accounts
Summarize all information from vehicle logbook
Perform other duties as required by the Finance Manager

Qualifications and Requirements :
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration /Accountancy
-Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting preferably with an INGO
-Excellent English language skills-spoken and written
-Knowledge of accounting packages i.e Sun System and Vision is a plus
-Committed to achieving quality results and service
-Abilit to communicate information and ideas effectively
-Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
-Ability to think clearly ,deeply and broadly
-Autonomous,self motivated and demonstrating a high level of accountability
-Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
-Wiling to travel throughout the West Bank and Gaza
-Driver's license for travel between Jerusalem and the West Bank preferred
-Integrity and strong identification with World Vision Core Values
-Position is based in Jerusalem
