Finance Officer

World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian aid agency working with the most marginalized and poor communities of the world.
World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a:

Finance Officer

The successful candidate will:
Prepare invoices and record vouchers into Sun System
Capture data in Sun System for related expenses
Review and record National Office and Zonal offices payrolls
Participate in budget preparation
Review payment requests to check full documentation and approvals
Perform other duties as required by the Finance Director

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accountancy
Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting, preferably with an (I)NGO
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Knowledge of accounting packages i.e. Sun system and Vision is a plus
Committed to achieving quality results and service
Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
Ability to think clearly, deeply, and broadly
Autonomous, self-motivated, and demonstrating a high level of accountability
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Valid Driver's license
Integrity and strong identification with World Vision Core Values
