Finance Officer

Organization: The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture is a non-profit human rights organization in Ramallah.

TRC is a leader in holistic human rights based treatment and rehabilitation services for direct and indirect victims of human rights abuses since 1997.

Job Summary:
TRC seeks a qualified full-time Finance Officer to lead the Finance Department and provide oversight of project and administrative budgets and financial tasks.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
-Minimum of 3 years experience with proven track record in financial management, specifically non-profit project financial management
-Experienced in the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, budgets and forecasts, contracts and agreements, balance sheets, and other financial tasks as required
-Ability to maintain multiple accounts in various currencies and report to management on all deposits and withdrawals
-Liaise with Donor Agencies, responding quickly and efficiently to all financial requests and obligations
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
-Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-pace environment and to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
-Willing to travel throughout the West Bank and East Jerusalem as required
