Financial analyst
Job Description
PIF is seeking a financial analyst who will support the investment team in analyzing and structuring various investment transactions across multiple economic sectors, including IPOs, private placements, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and others.
Responsibilities:
1-Perform financial due diligence for prospective investment transactions.
2-Conduct valuations using discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction methodologies and other relevant models.
3-Develop financial projection models to assess feasibility of potential investments.
4-Conduct financial analysis (assess the performance of various subsidiaries and investments.
5-Review and analyze financial statements of various subsidiaries and potential acquisition targets.
Required Qualification:
1-Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
2-Minimum 4-years of relevant experience with a consulting firm, investment bank, private equity fund, hedge fund, or international finance institutions.
3-Demonstrable experience in working on various financial analysis assignments.
4-Strong and proven financial modeling skills.
5-Strong and proven knowledge of accounling principles.
6-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
