The European Institute for Cooperation and Development, is an international non-profit organization committed to supporting social and economic development programmes in Palestine. IECD is seeking candidates to fill the following position.
Financial and Administrative Manager
, Full time position for 1 year (Renewable)- starting at 1000 euros/month
-Development and implementation of the financial and administrative internal policies and system of the IECD Office in Ramallah.
- Monthly financial and administrative reports on the IECD financial expenses and the projects.
-Developing new projects and taking part in the proposal writing process.
- Procurement procedures for IECD office and projects.
-Financial follow up for IECD office and the projects.
- Supervision of the development and implementation of proper internal financial and administrative policies within the projects.
-Supervision of the accountants of the different projects.
-Development and implementation of the financial and administrative internal policies and system of the IECD Office in Ramallah.
- Monthly financial and administrative reports on the IECD financial expenses and the projects.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the position:
- Minimum 5 years prior experience in Financial and Administrative position.
- Should have graduate degree from reputed university.
- Good communication and leadership skills required.
-Strong supervisory, interpersonal and staff support skills.
- Ability to work and travel in the field.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken; French is an addition.
