Financial Manager

Job Description
A prominent Palestinian company backed by a regional investor is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of a Financial Manager.

The Role:
  • Month end close and sub-ledger reconciliation
  • Supervision of accounts payable, travel expenses and fixed assets processes.
  • Liaison and reporting to local Regulators.
  • Responsibility for annual statutory accounts closing and audits.
  • Compliance with all local tax regulations and reporting.
  • Expense management and control.
  • Analysis of the entity’s results.
  • Annual budgeting, forecasting, Analyses of the Entity’s results.
  • Contribute from a finance standpoint to all local business related or corporate projects.

The Candidate:
  • A qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, Ect.) well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Finance & Accounting, currently working as a Financial Controller.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Need to demonstrate confidence in understanding and discussing complex issues, including at senior level.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic and proficient in Hebrew
  • Experience using Bisan accounting software
  • Valid driving license; having own car is an advantage
