Financial Manager

A Palestinian non-profit organization is seeking to hire:

Position: Financial Manager
Location: Ramallah
Salary range: $1,800 - $ 2,100 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
-Managing the accounts and financial reporting system.
-Implementing the financial procedures of the organization.
-Preparation of financial statements for audit and other statutory purposes.
-Ensuring compliance with financial terms and conditions of agreements with donors.
-Preparation and review of budgets for new grant applications.
-Preparation of annual budget.
-Training and development of subordinate staff.

Skills
-BA in Financial Management / Accounting as a minimum.
-A minimum of 4 years of experience with NGOs in a senior position.
-Good experience in Financial Reporting.
-Adequate Knowledge of accounting systems and software.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Strong spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
