Financial Manager

Job Description
APCO/ArCon Construction and Services is seeking candidates to fill the position of :
Financial Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Managing the day-to-day operations of the financial department, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial information.
-Designing and managing an effective internal control structure, ensuring compliance with USAID requirements.
-Producing financial reports and analyses for management use.
-Knowledge of the Israeli, Palestinian VAT and USAID policies.
-Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis and act as a liaison with the bank.
-Review of all accounting transactions entered in the accounting system.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field,
minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years
experience in a managerial capacity. A Masters degree in Finance,
Accounting or relevant fields is desirable.
