Job Description
A cultural non profit company working in the field of youth seeking to fill the following position in Jerusalem.
Financial Officer
Purpose of Job - Responsible for financial transactions, reporting, budget tracking, procurement, and compliance with and implementation of company’s legal obligations and internal rules.
Tasks
- Prepare and track internal and earmarked budgets
- Analysis of internal and external financial reports
- Supervise the daily financial administration.
- Control all procurement procedures
- Liaison between the organization and relevant official institutions
- Control of Fixed Assets Registry
- Review accounting data
-Ensuring implementation of and compliance with national legal obligations regarding financial matters.
Qualifications
- BA University degree in accounting
- Experience minimum 3 years in non-profit organizations
-Excellent knowledge of several relevant accounting programs
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English languages
- Good communication skills
- Jerusalem ID or permission to be and work in Jerusalem
Day off: Friday
