Financial Officer

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Financial Officer include the following:

· Prepare claims

· Debt collection

· Client account management

· Bookkeeping - maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

· Financial Reporting - prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in accordance with accounting standards.

· Assist in creating budgets and forecasts based on financial data and historical performance.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.

· Payroll Processing - ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.

· Assist in preparing for audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements and procedures.

· Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

· Financial Planning & Analysis - develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid decision-making within the organization.

· Bank reconciliations

· Cost management

· Risk Management - ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies to minimize financial risks.

· Cash flow management

· Team Management

· HR Management

· Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain a productive work environment.

Job Requirements

Additional Tasks:

- Direct involvement in meeting with partners.

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to interact effectively with various organizations within the company.

- Excellent knowledge in Word, Excel(PIVOT, V-LOOKUP), ERP and accounting systems (Bissan , others)

- Follow up the data entry for collected data.

- Working from home if needed for specific tasks
