The project ‘Alternative Approaches to Financial Inclusion of SME in Palestine II’ (A-FIN II) aims to improve the access of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) and start-ups to inclusive sustainable financial services. Affordable financial services play an important role in enabling MSMEs to manage or mitigate financial losses due to external impacts, such as the consequences of war or climate change, and build resilient, sustainable livelihoods. A-FIN II foresees to strengthen the capacities of the regulatory authorities Palestine Capital Market Authority (PCMA) and Palestine Market Authority (PMA) in order to improve the framework conditions for inclusive sustainable financial services. In addition, A-FIN is aiming to support Palestinian financial actors to adapt their processes, products and information formats to the needs of MSMEs and facilitate the development and piloting of inclusive sustainable financial solutions by providing necessary platforms and mentorships for various financial sector players. Moreover, the project offers information and training services about inclusive sustainable financing for MSMEs. In order to support the AFIN Project, we are looking for a full-time (100%):
