SGG’s Jericho Cable Car is one of the most visited recreational sites in Palestine and has been part of our Palestinian memory and life since 1999. It is famous for its unique location, in the oldest city in the world, and for its restaurants with quality food and spectacular views, and connection to Christianity. Jericho Cable Car provides visitors from all over the world access to the Monastery on the Mount of Temptation.


Job Description

Reports to top management, the F&B Manager supervises all F&B operations and gives training to the F&B Service team at our restaurants. Provides discerning tourists and visitors with a distinctive, high quality service.  Welcome are professionals who possess a positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Leading Food and Beverage team.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
Recognises good quality products and presentations.
Supervises daily shift operations.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Develop menus with other members of Food & Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Help planning and organising trips for visitors and groups in F&B aspects.

Requirements :
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven track of delighting customers and has strong selling skills of food items
