A Hotel in East Jerusalem is seeking a professional to fill the position of Food & Beverage Manager

To be Responsible for overall F&B operation for the Hotel and restaurant,

• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design and Build exceptional menus,
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements

• Proven food and beverage management experience; at least 5 years of previous experience as F&B manager
• Management Skills: Deal with budgeting costs, pricing, and Food Cost
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
