Forklift Sales Representative/ Engineer
Job Description
- Promote and sell forklift products and related services to both existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical advice and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain the advantages, specifications, and compatibility of forklifts with client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand market demands and maintain customer engagement.
- Study market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide periodic reports on their performance and pricing.
- Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance of products.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and future expectations.
- Track progress toward achieving sales goals set by management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Previous experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in forklifts at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using software such as MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
