Front Desk Officer

Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Front Desk Officer for a Medical Center, located in Jerusalem, Palestine.

The ideal candidate must have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach and social intelligence are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep the front desk tidy and presentable.
Greet and welcome clients.
Answer clients' questions and address complaints (either in place or via social media channels).
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Keep updated records, files, and CRM.
Guide and direct the secretary staff, and provide proper training/directions.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping/data entry.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer success oriented.
Solid social intelligence skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving and time management skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Education:

A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, or a relevant field.

Location:
Jerusalem, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
