Full Charge Bookkeeper


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

-Ensure accuracy and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets
-Provide all accounting services
-Ensure all accounting issues and services including accurate and timely financial statements production, billing and account statement production, and disclosure development are developed and maintained
-Implement the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and payroll tax compliance
-Ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings and cash receipts application
-Maintain income tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns taking full advantage of all favorable tax codes
-Solid understanding of US accounting practices
-Working in an international environment in particular with NYC based headquarter
-Performs other related activities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-College degree preferred
-Two to three years previous experience preferred
-Strong organizational and English verbal / written communication skills
-Must have strong skills and understanding of QuickBooks
