Full Stack Developer 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Developing custom web applications that drive work processes 
• Setting up e-commerce applications
• Monitoring health and uptime of servers for the web applications and platforms
• Collaborating with design, strategy and communications teams to find solutions for client website projects
• Contributing to support of current websites
• Participating in regular team meetings
• Participating in on-site and off-site client meetings
• Contributing to network security management (NMS) best practices; recommending, exploring and implementing better ways to deliver network services.
• Setting up and developing web applications using Drupal and WordPress 
• Ensuring that all web applications meet the security policies and requirements 
• Following up with user feedback regarding the different web applications 
• Developing mobile apps android and iOS

Scope of Responsibilities and Supervision

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing all Museum websites, portals  and applications.

Manages: None

Internal Relationships: collaborates with the ICT Team and with other departments for support

External Relationships: ICT Services providers

Academic qualifications and practical experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or software engineering 
• At least 3 years of proven experience in backend and frontend development

 Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent in applications and web development using Angular
• Excellent in applications and web development using PHP
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
• Solid Experience in REST APIs
• Database design using MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with information systems networking and security
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows & Linux server operating systems
• Mobile apps development for android and iOS
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Expert in Drupal and WordPress web applications building and customization
